Tours are carried out in a private, air-conditioned minibus, with licensed professional driver.
Pick up and drop off from your hotel, railway station, Airport ...
Tour prices are per person. The vehicle with driver can seat up to 8 passengers.
Your private driver assist you all along your tour, giving you commentaries, recommendations for restaurants, shops, museums, strolls, etc ...
The prices of the “ProvenceVisit” are valid for a departure and a return from tourist offices, hotels or guestrooms within 30 miles (c. 50 km) from La Ciotat. For any other departure or return place, feel free to contact us for a free customized quote.
Booking fee includes transportation, full insurance, parking charges and motorway tolls. For special entrance fees (restaurants, cruises, museums,...) feel free to contact us for a free customized quote.
Photo stops are planned at scenic sites.
Unless indicated otherwise, lunches and drinks are not included in the cost of tours.
It is forbidden to smoke, eat, drink alcohol or soda in the vehicle. Drinking water is offered on request. Many stops are planned and you can ask to your driver to stop in case of need.
For safety reasons, luggage has to be stored in the vehicle trunk, and only hand bags can be kept with you during the trip. The vehicle trunk is locked during the trip.
Arrival times are only approximate. ProvenceVisit accepts no responsibility for any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic conditions, accidents).
ProvenceVisit is not responsible for any personal injury occurring outside the vehicle, in particular when getting into or out of the vehicle. Baggage and personal effects are the responsibility of the owner throughout the tour.
Bookings are mandatory and should be made 24 hours in advance, particularly within high season.
Cancellation fees:
Less than 1 month before picking up =100% fee
More than 1 month before picking up = Total refund
Refunding of balance proceeded by merchant back office.
We accept payment by cash or pre-payment by credit card (contact us for further information).
Late payment penalties are from 2.79% to 10.05% annual according to L. 441-6 article of commercial law plus 40€ reminder fee.
ProvenceVisit is not liable for VAT according to 293 B French tax regulation.
